What you'll do
Lead, grow, and motivate a high-performing design team
Establish and maintain a climate in which your reports can do their best: work; cultivating design excellence and a place where designers can collaborate and learn.
Increase Okta’s UX maturity by helping shape team-wide practices, processes,: career development, and growing the team.
Ensure design quality and consistency by reviewing UX deliverables (research,: designs, etc.) and provides feedback and direction to ensure high-quality output.
Thorough understanding of Okta's business strategy and VMTs, influence the: product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional partners while driving design forward at Okta.
Proactively identify strategic UX opportunities within your domain area and: the product as a whole. Closely collaborating with EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) in a global team to lead and drive UX strategy for your product area and drive cross-product initiatives.
