What you'll do
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance specialists (electrical, mechanical, PLC, etc.).
Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify: professional development opportunities for team members.
Develop and manage work schedules, assignments, and priorities for the: maintenance team to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
Foster a strong safety culture within the maintenance department, ensuring: adherence to all safety policies and procedures (e.g., LOTO, confined space, hot work).
Maintenance Operations Management:
What they're looking for
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions common in a manufacturing: plant (e.g., noise, varying temperatures, dust).
- Ability to work extended hours, including occasional nights, weekends, or holidays, as needed.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as: safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes, etc.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (up to 480V), PLCs (e.g.,: Allen-Bradley, Siemens), VFDs, and motor controls.
- Expertise in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps,: conveyors, gearboxes, and power transmission.
