What you'll do
Supports our Employee Lifecycle and People teams in managing internal and external employees;
Ensures Remote's compliance with employment laws across jurisdictions; and
Assists other teams such as our International Operations team with local: entity compliance and the Product team in streamlining our product and ensuring labor law compliance.
US-qualified lawyer; this is mandatory.
Solid experience as a senior legal employment counsel, with a strong track: record handling advisory and contentious matters across the employee lifecycle.
Experience leading on complex internal and external employee matters independently.
