What you'll do

  • Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts,: ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb.

  • Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing: strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.

  • Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential.

  • Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams.

  • Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve: their experience on the platform.

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities: that drive increased bookings and host success.

What they're looking for

  • Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs.
  • + years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
  • + years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
