What you'll do
Structure and close partnerships. Work with our partner managers and legal: team to establish early what a proposed partnership involves – who the partner is and what the scope of the agreement should be – and help decide what to pursue, what to reshape and what to decline.
Work alongside legal and partner managers. Partner with partner managers &: commercial counsel on structure and risk, and help turn recurring deal patterns into standard structures so that we can move quickly and consistently.
Keep everyone informed. Maintain a clear, current view of the partnership: pipeline and communicate status across Beneficial Deployments, legal, research and product.
