- Champion the Notion Experience. Help craft and bring to life a more distinct: Notino Experience brand across EMEA and APAC — reimagining how we work, how we connect, and what it feels like to be a Notino in your region.
- Programatic: experience running people programs end-to-end, across multiple markets & time zones.
- AI-native mindset: you’re “AI‑pilled” in the best way: you proactively use AI tools to speed up research, ops, and communication, and you’re excited to build AI agents/playbooks.
- Project management: strong skills and the ability to hold many moving pieces.
