The opportunity
The Binance Wallet team is building a decentralized version of Binance, featuring on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, and decentralized Earn and more. We empower users with full control over their assets for seamless token trading across any blockchain.
What you'll do
Own the overall operations strategy for the Prediction Market business, with: a focus on growth, user participation, liquidity, and market health
Drive end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
Design and execute mechanisms to improve liquidity, trading activity, and: user engagement Identify and operate key market categories such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and other event-driven topics
Work closely with product, marketing, data, and tech teams to launch: features, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
Monitor core metrics, analyze performance, and continuously optimize operations and growth outcomes
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, best practices, and new opportunities
What they're looking for
- Strong experience in operations, growth, or product operations
- Must have solid understanding of Prediction Market products and user behavior: or strong end-to-end project management capabilities
- Must be familiar with liquidity management and participation-driving mechanisms
- Need to think holistically: not only category knowledge, but also channels, growth, and conversion
- Strong data sense, execution ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Good understanding of event-driven markets such as sports, esports, politics,: policy, and trending topics is a strong plus
- Experience in crypto, betting, gaming, trading, fintech, or similar fast-paced platforms is a strong plus
- Fluency in Chinese and English is required to be able to coordinate with: overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
