What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end OPEX budget inclusive of marketing dollars, headcount, and: non-headcount spend; forecast and land budget within 1% variance to plan

  • Design and manage the Partner Marketing team's rhythm of business (ROB),: including structure, cadence, and reporting frameworks

  • Partner with the analytics team and partner marketing leaders to define: requirements and integrate data into the ROB, establishing a single source of truth for measuring and reporting on partner marketing impact

  • Lead cross-team operational initiatives including weekly snippets, AI project: prioritization, go/partner-marketing site and assets, team meetings, offsites, and town halls

  • Build and maintain an inventory of system and tool requirements that enhance: the partner experience or address integration blockers for partners entering Stripe's GTM motion (e.g., Salesforce integration, partner recommender)

  • Lead and program-manage cross-team strategic initiatives as identified and: prioritized by the Head of Global Partner Marketing

  • + years of experience in a highly matrixed enterprise technology organization
  • + years of business and/or program management experience
  • + years of partner ecosystem experience
  • Demonstrated track record managing large operating budgets with high precision
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead collaboratively and influence across functions and levels
  • Experience in a global strategy and operations or Chief of Staff function,: with direct ownership of budget, cross-functional communications, and program operations
  • Proven track record of influencing without authority, leading change: management, and building cohesion across a newly formed or restructured team
