What you'll do
Process multi-state US biweekly payroll within Workday, ensuring accurate calculations and data integrity.
Coordinate with the local payroll vendor to validate inputs, review outputs,: and ensure compliant payroll delivery for Mexico.
Provide operational coverage and backup support across Americas regional payroll cycles as needed.
Perform detailed biweekly payroll audits alongside US team members to verify: all transactions are processed and reported accurately.
Cultivate positive working relationships with internal stakeholders by: providing timely payroll support and operational feedback.
Resolve employee inquiries submitted through ServiceNow promptly and professionally, meeting established SLAs.
What they're looking for
- + years of experience processing payroll for the US
- Previous Workday Payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of payroll processes, statutory laws, and Fair Labor Standards Act.
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English
