- Influence at Scale: Actively participate in business headcount and strategic planning forums as the essential "people voice," ensuring talent strategy is integrated into the business fabric.
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a: willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
- Strategic HR Expertise: Bring roughly 6–8 years of HR experience with a demonstrated track record as a strategic HR Business Partner or Organizational Consultant.
- Deep local HR experience across Japan and the APAC region, with a particular: focus on handling Japanese employee and labor relations.
