What you'll do
You’ll lead and execute critical projects within the People organization,: ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
You have an insanely high execution bar and will see projects through from: conception to tactical completion to move Anduril forward.
Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs,: trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
Use your qualitative and quantitative skill set to tackle complex problems: with strong analytical thinking to design key analyses that influence operational decisions.
Build trust and credibility with senior partners, acting as the primary: interface and translating complex people data into clear, actionable project plans.
You’ll communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the: organization, crafting compelling narratives and project updates that align stakeholders and drive positive program outcomes and alignment.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations,: human resources, or management consulting.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end execution of moderately complex: programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
