Thanks for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for a Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) Engineer to join our team.
What you'll do
Developing probabilistic risk analysis models of our fast reactor designs
Working with our engineering analysis teams to analyze event sequences and compile risk insights
Using PRA techniques to evaluate external hazards
Working with our engineering design teams to incorporate risk insights into: the design and improve system reliability
Supporting licensing activities through generation of technical reports,: technical analyses, and supporting documentation
At least 5 years of work experience
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or similar
- Familiarity with PRA techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
