What you'll do
Lead process mapping, analysis, and redesign initiatives across multiple: business functions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and non-value-added activities,: and develop future-state processes that drive continuous improvement.
Conduct structured root cause analysis using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to: diagnose operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Develop business cases that quantify the impact and value of improvement: initiatives, and monitor results after implementation.
Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to streamline business: processes and enhance operational performance.
