What you'll do

• Work with a cross-functional team to build features for the Databricks platform

• Manage your project end-to-end, from discovery and ideation through final: design prototype for engineering to implement from

• Conduct research with customers to better understand their needs and improve your design

• Pursuing a degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field: with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028

• You have excellent interaction design skills with knowledge of user-centered: design methodologies and usability.

• You have a proven ability to efficiently build interactive prototypes leveraging the latest in AI tooling.

What they're looking for

• You use analytical skills to make data-driven decisions (e.g. analyze product: usage) and can conduct basic usability testing and semi-structured interviews.
• You have exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability: to make complex topics simple and clearly communicate nuance to partners (engineers, customers, field, etc.) in both written and verbal form
• You are excited to solve ambiguous problems with a collaborative team
