What you'll do
Lead and grow a high performing team of product designers, giving them the: clarity, feedback, and support they need to do their best work.
Keep the craft bar high, helping the team turn complex problems into: experiences that feel simple, intuitive, and cohesive from end to end.
Set a clear design vision for how people discover, adopt, and continue getting value from our products.
Decide where the team should focus, match people to the right opportunities,: and make thoughtful tradeoffs along the way.
Work closely with product, engineering, data science, research, and business: leaders to shape both the long-term direction and what we build next.
Bring together research, data, experimentation, and design judgment to create: meaningful value for users and the business.
