What you'll do
Shape and prototype new workflows that bring design and production code: closer together, including AI-powered experiences that connect Figma with the tools teams already use to build
Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, UX writing, data science, and research peers
Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, as well: as provide thoughtful feedback for others doing the same so you can all do your best work
Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements in Figma's core product surfaces
What they're looking for
- Contribute to our design org's culture by participating in design critiques,: mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teams
- + years of experience designing UX and UI for software products of similar scale and complexity
- Strong visual craft and attention to detail across composition, typography,: layout, interaction design, and prototyping
- Proven ability to independently drive end-to-end design processes from: discovery through launch, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
