Stellar Global is hiring confident, Customer Experience Team member to support the launch of an exciting new flagship store on Oxford Street. At the moment, this is a fixed term contract role from September- December 2026.
What you'll do
Welcome and engage customers in a busy retail environment
Deliver exceptional customer service and brand experiences
Confidently approach and assist customers on the shop floor
Support customers with product information and general enquiries
Maintain a professional and polished presence at all times
Represent the brand with energy, enthusiasm, and positivity

- Retail, Brand ambassador/promotional work, Hospitality or front-of-house experience
- Experience working with premium brands
