What you'll do
Serve as Binance's global product legal lead, providing regulatory and legal: guidance across the full product lifecycle — from ideation through launch to ongoing operations
Advise product teams on regulatory implications of new features, product: enhancements, and market expansions across jurisdictions
Lead the assessment and mitigation of regulatory risks across Binance's: product suite, including spot and derivatives trading, payments, digital assets, and emerging verticals
Partner directly with product managers, engineers, compliance, risk, and BD: to embed legal and regulatory considerations into product development processes
Build and maintain scalable product compliance frameworks and controls that: support growth across diverse regulatory environments
Act as a key decision-maker in product governance forums, balancing: regulatory compliance with business objectives and user needs
