What you'll do
Anticipate opportunities for innovation and value in reusable, composable AI capabilities.
Envision and deliver a long-term vision for Skills, collaboration, artifact generation, and Projects.
Understand the levers for capability discovery, adoption, reuse, sharing, and ecosystem growth.
Work closely with engineering and design to align product expectations with: model, tool, and platform capabilities.
Work with research to evaluate and steer nondeterministic models, tools, and: agents into high-value outcomes for users.
Have conviction to make difficult product decisions in the face of uncertainty.
What they're looking for
- Strong experience with product management and leadership.
- Strong experience working with data and metrics.
- Experience building AI-native productivity, collaboration, platform, or developer-facing products.
- Experience with agentic systems, tool use, evaluations, extensibility, or workflow orchestration.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and designing systems that produce high-quality artifacts.
- Experience building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement.
- Thrives in a small, agile team: has initiative and desire for ownership.
