What you'll do
Define Claude Tag's core interactions on the surface, tailoring the interaction model to fit the surface.
Own the strategy and roadmap for bringing Claude Tag to new collaboration surfaces beyond Slack
Own the external partnerships that make those surfaces possible, from first: conversation through shipped integration
Own adoption from design partners to scaled rollout at the largest companies
Have a combined 8+ years in product management, or equivalent experience driving product direction
Have shipped platform integrations or ecosystem products, and owned the partner relationship
What they're looking for
- Have strong instincts for multiplayer and collaborative product design, where: the experience is shared and public rather than private
- Have a strong grasp of model capabilities and work fluently with engineering: teams on technical products. An engineering background is not required
- Are energized by ambiguity and bring structure to it rather than waiting for it
- Have a creative, hacker spirit and love solving puzzles
