What you'll do
Responsible for product design and delivery of the company's TradFi clearing and settlement platform
Lead the product development roadmap and execution for the TradFi clearing: and settlement platform, focusing on backend capabilities
Lead the design of full lifecycle management: trade reconciliation, non-trade reconciliation, anomaly detection, error handling, and settlement
Define and monitor key system and business metrics (e.g., false positive: rate, processing time, reliability), and advance continuous optimization through data and experimentation
Partner with engineering, product managers, spot operations, futures: operations, treasury, and finance teams to design robust systems for settlement, reconciliation, and fund flow management
Collaborate with external stakeholders to integrate systems and investigate issues
What they're looking for
- + years of product management experience, preferably in clearing &: settlement, fintech, or platform/infrastructure products
- Background in Accountancy and/or Finance is an advantage
- Deep understanding of settlement, reconciliation, ledger systems, or fund flow design
- Familiarity with backend system design and APIs; comfortable working closely: with engineering teams on system architecture
- Data-driven and analytical mindset, with experience using metrics to guide product decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a global or multi-region environment
- Demonstrated ownership and structured thinking, with ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders
