What you'll do
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Figma Weave as: it expands to serve new user segments and use cases
Identify opportunities to make structured, node-based workflows more: intuitive, adaptable, and accessible to a broader range of creators
Develop abstraction layers and editing capabilities that allow teams to: modify and extend existing workflows without sacrificing quality or consistency
Shape capabilities that enable users to generate variations and new outputs: efficiently within defined creative systems
Balance foundational investments with user-facing improvements to support: both immediate adoption and long-term scalability
Translate complex systems and workflow concepts into clear, compelling: narratives for cross-functional stakeholders
What they're looking for
- Establish success metrics around workflow adoption, output quality, scalability, and user impact
- + years of experience as a full-time Product Manager
- Experience building products that support structured workflows or multi-step creation pipelines
- Strong product intuition paired with the ability to operate in technically complex environments
