What you'll do
Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources, including customer and: partner feedback and product usage metrics, to build cohesive stories around customer pain points
Design and maintain user-friendly reports and dashboards to surface key metrics and trends to stakeholders
Influence product and engineering decision-makers to deliver the best: possible customer experience, using both data and qualitative analysis to inform your perspective
Partner with cross-functional operations teams to develop key metrics, build: automated reporting, and implement process improvements
Organize and monitor key results across product lines, communicating: progress and blockers regularly to department stakeholders
Show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
What they're looking for

- + years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role. Experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience building Data pipelines using SQL, Python, R, or Scala
