What you'll do
Lead shift operations to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and service targets.
Manage a team of colleagues on shift, ensuring KPIs and daily tasks are met.
Oversee all aspects of inventory control, including daily audits of: ingredients, packaging, and label materials.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain stock accuracy.
Monitor shift performance, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain a strong shop floor presence, leading by example and ensuring tasks are completed to deadline.
