What you'll do
Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned Finance programs: from charter and scoping through to testing, go-live, and post-implementation review
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including critical path,: milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk and issue logs (RAID)
Monitor program progress against plan; proactively identify and resolve blockers, escalating where needed
Ensure programs are delivered in alignment with the Finance PMO's governance: standards, templates, and operating model
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Finance functional: leads, IT partners, Business Analysts, and external vendors
Run effective program governance cadences: steering meetings, status updates, and working group sessions

- Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels
- Manage competing stakeholder priorities; drive consensus and keep programs moving through disagreement
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Finance stakeholders to gather,: validate, and document business requirements
- Ensure clear handoff of requirements to IT and vendor teams; track delivery against agreed specifications
