- Surface risks, dependencies, and competing priorities early, and drive them: to resolution without direct authority over the teams involved
- Hands-on experience with GTM processes at a software or technology company —: lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, renewal and expansion motions, or customer health
- Working understanding of how systems such as Salesforce, CPQ platforms, or: customer success tools support those processes
- A track record of owning cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders: — running recurring business reviews, facilitating rooms with competing priorities, and driving decisions without direct authority
