What you'll do
Create and manage new and existing projects related to the 401(k) MEP Benefit: and Benefits Billing including but not limited to:
Quarterly and annual audits
Documentation management
End-of-Year Project
Nondiscrimination Testing
Ongoing process and reconciliation automations
What they're looking for
- years of work experience in operations or project management
- Prior Retirement experience required
- Prior experience managing projects required; PMP certification preferred
- Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) certification or equivalency required
- Understanding and experience utilizing AI programs and automation applications strongly preferred
- Experience working with PEOs preferred
- Knowledge of benefits billing preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; skilled in presenting and: hosting meetings, trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions
