What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate program management activities across the Financial: Integrity pillar, including governance routines, remediation tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination for network monitoring programs.

  • Support the governance and execution of card-network programs such as ECP,: ECM, VAMP, and related dispute and chargeback obligations, ensuring requirements are tracked, communicated, and implemented consistently across teams and regions.

  • Maintain program plans, trackers, milestones, action logs, and governance: routines for Financial Integrity initiatives, escalations, and remediation workstreams.

  • Help translate card-network program requirements into internal policies,: procedures, playbooks, and stakeholder actions that can be executed consistently and defensibly.

  • Coordinate cross-functional follow-up on remediation plans, open findings,: threshold breaches, and other program obligations to ensure timely completion and visibility.

  • Support oversight of dispute and chargeback-related compliance obligations,: including internal governance, reporting, escalation handling, and documentation.

What they're looking for

  • + years of experience in program management, compliance, risk, operations,: payments, or similarly cross-functional roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to: manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders at once.
  • Experience working in payments, fintech, financial services, or another: regulated environment is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with card-network monitoring programs, dispute and chargeback: frameworks, fraud-related compliance obligations, or merchant-risk governance is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to: synthesize complex requirements into clear actions, documentation, and updates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage structured programs with many dependencies and: drive progress without direct authority.
  • Experience with program governance, remediation tracking, documentation, or: internal control frameworks is strongly preferred.
  • A practical, process-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and a bias: toward scalable, well-controlled solutions.
