What you'll do
Lead and mentor the Quality Engineering team, establishing performance: standards and driving professional development.
Oversee and ensure Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and sustainability to the AS9100 certification.
Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for: internal, supplier, and field product quality.
Drive continuous improvement in product design, manufacturing processes,: supplier performance, and field support to enhance reliability across the product lifecycle.
Develop and utilize a data-driven approach to evaluate, prioritize, and track: product quality and reliability issues.
Manage and optimize internal tracking systems for incoming supplier: materials, in-process manufacturing, and field quality issues.
What they're looking for
- Lead investigations, initiatives, and projects to identify root causes and: implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) both internally and with suppliers.
- Oversee the development and sustainability of the raw material and incoming supplier inspection programs.
- Direct Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including containment, audit,: and disposition of any quality escapes or defective material.
- Partner with Purchasing to evaluate, select, qualify, and manage the performance of suppliers.
