What they're looking for

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define talent: profiles, establish recruiting strategies, and lead effective selection processes.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using networking,: referrals, direct outreach, social media, and talent communities to source qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring: needs, with a focus on critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Assess and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with technical: requirements, organizational culture, and long-term potential.
