What you'll do
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volume
Partner with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring: needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand: organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teams
Stay up-to-date on sourcing best practices, emerging sourcing techniques,: interview innovations, and workplace trends
Have demonstrated success in filling engineering leadership and/or high level technical IC positions
Are experienced in working on on high volume pipeline/evergreen roles
What they're looking for
- Have 5+ years of experience (including in-house) sourcing top technical: talent, particularly for product engineering, infrastructure, and/or AL/ML teams
- Have a proven track record of scaling and building diverse and: high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
