What you'll do
Schedule onsite interviews
Coordinate candidate travel
Manage onsite interview logistics
Learn about our business to the extent that it enables you to speak: intelligently about our programs with candidates and client groups
Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing with SpaceX
Assist the recruiting team with special projects as needed
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human: resources, marketing, sales, or technology
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- + years of experience as a recruiting coordinator
