What you'll do
Collaborative Solutioning: Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and channel partners to gather critical data and build tailored in-product solutions that address customer pain points.
Trusted Advisory: Position yourself as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, leading discovery conversations that tie Asana's capabilities directly to their core business outcomes and ROI.
Demonstrations & Presentations: Design and deliver engaging, customer-specific product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of Asana across diverse audiences.
Scalable Workflow Development: Develop repeatable, high-impact workflow solutions within Asana that can be leveraged across the broader customer base.
Impact Tracking & Metrics: Support the broader Solutions Engineering team by capturing key engagement metrics and data insights that inform leadership on global business impact.
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a: willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
What they're looking for
- + years of professional customer-facing experience in SaaS (experience in an: SDR, Customer Success, Implementation, or Consulting role is welcome).
- Strong consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust,: listen actively, and uncover root business challenges.
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solver capable of translating customer: requirements into structured, demonstrable software solutions.
- Clear, compelling communicator and storyteller who is comfortable conveying: data and technology workflows to audiences of varied backgrounds.
