What you'll do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple corporate office locations.

• Ensure all facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with: applicable building codes and company standards.

• Conduct routine facility inspections and proactively identify maintenance or operational issues.

• Manage preventive maintenance programs for all building systems.

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor activities through Service Channel and approved service providers.

• Maintain workplace standards, operating procedures, and facilities documentation.

What they're looking for

• Manage relationships with janitorial, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security,: fire-life-safety, and other facilities vendors.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling, site access, and project execution.
• Review vendor performance and ensure work is completed to company standards.
• Assist with contract management, proposal review, and invoice reconciliation.
