What you'll do
Oversee the daily management of the security team in order to keep facilities and employees safe and secure
Ownership of various security systems including CCTV monitoring, access: control, and intruder detection systems
Supervise and support the vetting and processing of visitors, contractors and guests
Support the coordination of resources related to maintenance, repairs and facility projects
Support the management of identification badge fulfillment, processing, and accountability
Coordinate response to emergency situations (fire/medical/suspicious person)
What they're looking for
- Handle administrative duties, attend meetings, and perform additional duties: as assigned or required by Rocket Lab management
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate and 6+ years of security industry experience
- + years of proven experience in security industry direct line management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
