The opportunity

This is an onsite position with a schedule of 6am - 4:30pm Tues - Fri, with alternating weeks being Wed- Sat. This role is not hybrid or remote eligible.

What they're looking for

  • Provide, monitor, coach and guide technical and nontechnical training for: Distribution Center Supervisors and non-exempt associates
  • Provide coaching, promote discussions and make recommendations for non-exempt: associates' and Supervisors' development needs
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Eager to learn
