The opportunity

HubSpot's Legal team is extremely technology-forward. Attorneys who believe that AI and great systems can transform how legal work gets done.

What you'll do

  • Lead AI solution design and delivery: build, configure, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using tools like Claude, Cowork, ChatGPT, and Glean within and across legal applications. This is real implementation work, not exploration.

  • Own the legal tech ecosystem as part of our team: serve as one of the technical SMEs across Legal SaaS applications (CLMs, Matter Management, DSAR tooling and more), driving reliability, optimization, and integration quality.

  • Build integrations: design and develop workflow automations and integrations using Workato and similar iPaaS platforms, connecting legal systems to the broader HubSpot stack.

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions: partner directly with attorneys and legal leadership to understand workflows, surface opportunities, and deliver solutions with measurable impact.

  • Drive AI adoption: work alongside the legal team to identify opportunities to embed AI tools (Claude, Glean, Harvey, Workato AI, and others) into day-to-day legal workflows, and support enablement so adoption actually sticks.

  • Shape the roadmap: contribute to a technically feasible product roadmap, balancing strategic priorities with iterative delivery.

  • Strong hands-on technical skills: SaaS application configuration, API usage, system integration design, and workflow automation
  • Real experience building and deploying AI solutions in enterprise: environments: AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM-powered tools, or similar
