- Excellent people skills: you'll be meeting with a range of both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into data science problems
- Experience leading both simple and more complex experiment designs, with the: ability to proactively unpick insights to steer strategic decision making
- Great communication skills: in person, in writing, in code; to technical and non-technical audiences.
