What you'll do
Develop high-quality designs for our digital experiences, in line with our: design system and adhering to our brand & design guidelines.
Conceptualize and create responsive designs for adyen.com .
Scope work and assess feasibility through pressure testing with engineering,: striking a balance between reusing parts of the design system and creating net new elements.
Manage multiple projects concurrently throughout all stages of the design: process, from inception to final delivery.
Take ownership and accountability for assigned projects, ensuring timelines, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product: management, and development, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
What they're looking for
- Proactively identify and address any project-related challenges or issues,: seeking solutions and maintaining a focus on project goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries: that can be leveraged by other teams or regions.
- Proactively manage stakeholder relationships and navigate challenging: conversations with confidence and clarity.
- You have 7+ years of professional experience working as a digital designer: (agency and B2B experience are a plus).
