What you'll do
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CRO and global Sales leadership team,: shaping people and organizational strategies that drive scalable revenue growth and global market expansion
Leverage business acumen and data-driven insights to influence decisions on: organization design, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness
Lead and develop a global team, fostering growth, excellence, and deep partnership capability
Drive a high-performance culture through disciplined goal-setting, continuous: feedback, and performance calibration across regions
Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain top talent
Use analytics and insights to diagnose trends, assess bench strength, and: implement targeted development and engagement strategies that sustain performance

- Lead succession planning for critical roles, ensuring depth and readiness across the global Sales organization
