• Develop, improve, and maintain the project management process for the: engineering organization and ensure project management best practices are followed.
• Oversee and manage material handling equipment and warehouse projects. Serve: as liaison between vendors and HelloFresh’s engineering team, maintenance, operations and HelloFresh’s technology group.
• Communication: Independently manages cadence of communication, both formal and informal, and accurately relays information across all levels of the organization.
• Critical thinking: Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
