The opportunity

What you'll do
Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain Building Automation Systems, including: hardware, servers, software, and networks
Diagnose and resolve environmental control issues: temperature, humidity, pressure, airflow, noise, and indoor air quality — and implement long-term solutions
Configure, program, calibrate, and test controllers and sensors for integration into BAS networks
Design and program setpoints and control logic across temperature, humidity,: pressure, scheduling, and equipment state
Investigate failures, determine root causes, and develop corrective actions and workarounds
Plan and specify system and equipment improvements as well as preventative maintenance programs
What they're looking for
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Robotics Engineering
- + years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- + years of experience with PLC (programmable logic control) hardware
- + years of experience with equipment reliability or machine troubleshooting
- + years of experience supporting building lighting controls
- + years of experience supporting building environmental controls
- + years of experience modifying computer programs
- Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit
