The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join the Mobile Device Management (MDM) Tribe at HelloFresh . As a senior individual contributor, you will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and evolving our endpoint management environment across macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms .

What you'll do

  • Design , implement, and continuously improve scalable MDM solutions across: macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android, balancing security, compliance, and user experience.

  • Define and maintain MDM standards, policies, configuration profiles,: application management, and compliance controls aligned with HelloFresh security and business requirements.

  • Leverage PowerShell, Bash, and Microsoft Graph API to automate device: management, compliance, reporting, remediation, and enforcement workflows.

  • Build meaningful reporting and analytics to monitor device health,: compliance, application status, security posture, and fleet trends.

  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement,: and drive structured solutions from problem definition through implementation.

  • Mentor and coach team members, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to: cross-training and continuous improvement across the MDM Tribe.
