What you'll do
Define and execute a multi-year fintech strategy and roadmap across Tax,: Treasury, Accounting, S2P, and FP&A, aligned to Finance priorities and company growth plans
Prioritize investments using clear business cases, ROI, and risk: considerations, balancing quick wins against foundational platform work
Drive automation, AI-enabled workflows, and self-service capabilities that: reduce manual effort and shorten close, planning, and procurement cycles
Stay ahead of fintech trends, ERP and finance platform best practices, and: emerging technologies, and apply them where they create value
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Engineers, setting clear: goals, quality standards, and delivery expectations
Establish product management and engineering practices for the Finance: domain, including discovery, requirements, prioritization, agile delivery, release management, and measurement
What they're looking for
- NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer certification
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS, enterprise technology, or public company environment
- Experience with AI/automation in finance workflows (e.g., intelligent: document processing, close automation, forecasting)
- Familiarity with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, NetSuite Analytics)
- Other relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPA) or a CPA-adjacent finance background are a plus
- Experience building and scaling product management practices within a Finance or IT organization
