What you'll do

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Maintenance Supervisors, Automation: Engineers, and Technicians while fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.

  • Take ownership of the technical availability and reliability of our: production equipment by continuously developing and optimizing our maintenance strategy to sustainably minimize downtime.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including equipment: availability, maintenance costs, and technical efficiency, and translate insights into impactful improvement initiatives.

  • Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to: ensure reliable, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations.

  • Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and: Procurement to develop technical solutions that continuously improve production performance.

  • Lead the implementation and commissioning of new production equipment and: automation solutions while ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
