Job Title: Senior Manager, Communications Location: Burlingame, California (In-person) Department: Marketing Reports To: Director of Growth & Marketing Position Type: Full-time

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute Peak’s corporate communications and PR strategy.

  • Work directly with executives to develop messaging, talking points, presentations, and external narratives.

  • Write press releases, media pitches, FAQs, briefing materials, and executive communications.

  • Prepare executives for media interviews, speaking engagements, and major announcements.

  • Build media relationships and proactively drive earned coverage.

  • Manage Peak’s external PR agency, including priorities, pitching strategy, and performance.

What they're looking for

  • Develop and maintain Peak’s corporate, technology, and product messaging.
  • Translate technical differentiation, customer insights, and market dynamics: into clear value propositions and compelling external stories.
  • Partner with Commercial, Product, and Engineering to validate proof points,: customer evidence, and technical claims.
  • Develop executive thought leadership and review technical explainers, case: studies, white papers, and customer-facing content to ensure messaging alignment
