The opportunity

What you'll do
Develop new highly automated manufacturing and pilot lines from concept to: production for new and existing products.
Drive development of new/innovative manufacturing processes from proof of: concept through to full scale production that enable improved battery performance and/or cost
Plan and Execute DoEs to characterize boundary conditions and optimize: process for manufacturability and quality
Own design/manufacturing liaison relationship to optimize product from an: automation standpoint prior to release.
Drive equipment and process optimization to increase yield, throughput, and: availability while reducing cost and lead-time
Manage installation, qualification, and ramp of development lines
What they're looking for
- Generate machine specifications, standards, and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,: Robotics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience developing and launching a manufacturing assembly line from: concept to production with actuators or drive systems.
- + years of experience in manufacturing and design of mechanical, electrical,: and electromechanical systems, with at least 1 year specifically focused on electric motors or electromechanical actuators.
