What you'll do

  • Consumer Experience Design: Lead design from concept to shipped product, maintaining full accountability for the consumer experience across touchpoints while holding a high quality bar at every stage.

  • Strategy and Roadmap Influence: Frame problem spaces before briefs are created. Bring evidence-backed consumer insights into squad planning to surface opportunities and inform what gets built.

  • Craft and Execution: Maintain a high personal standard across UI, interaction design, motion, micro-interaction, and UX writing, using animation and motion as intentional strategic tools.

  • AI-Native Workflow: Utilize AI across the entire design lifecycle—including insight synthesis, discovery, rapid prototyping, and design-to-code workflows—to increase execution speed and precision.

  • Experience: 6+ years in product design, with a proven track record delivering: high-quality consumer products end-to-end.

  • Consumer Instinct: Deep understanding of consumer-facing products and decision-making drivers across the full customer lifecycle. Subscription domain experience is a plus.
