The opportunity

As the Product Manager, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Anduril's fixed-wing drone portfolio. Working closely with the General Manager and Chief Engineer, you'll define what capabilities we build and when we deliver them to meet customer mission needs.

What you'll do

  • Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with the General Manager and Chief Engineer

  • Develop and prioritize the product roadmap in partnership with engineering leadership

  • Collaborate with Growth to define market positioning and opportunities for TRS product line

  • Maintain and evolve the product catalog to reflect current and future capabilities

  • Serve as the central focal point between Growth, Manufacturing, and Engineering organizations

  • Coordinate and prioritize Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities across functional areas

What they're looking for

  • Experience with unmanned aerial systems or autonomous platforms
  • Background in manufacturing process development or production scale-up
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet)
  • MBA or advanced technical degree
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies
  • Knowledge of additive manufacturing, composites, or advanced materials
  • Understanding of ITAR and export control regulations
