What you'll do
Manage large-scale commercial projects and executive stakeholder meetings and communications.
Collaborate with GitLab Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve: complex customer problems using GitLab technologies.
Drive improvements to Professional Services project management tools, processes, procedures, and templates.
Summarize key customer projects monthly and provide a summary for quarterly business reviews.
Develop and manage delivery schedules, customer expectations, project scope,: resources, status, risks, and issues for technical and consulting services.
Manage customer escalations by coordinating with customers and GitLab: stakeholders, including the executive team, Sales, and Technical Account Managers.

- Set and achieve forecast goals by aligning customers, Technical Architects,: project engineers, partner consultants, and delivery partners.
